Términos de Servicio

Importante: GastoScan es una herramienta para organizar y preparar la información de tus gastos e ingresos. No es asesoría fiscal, contable ni legal, y no reemplaza a un contador o profesional. Siempre confirma tus impuestos con un profesional calificado.
1. Aceptación
Al crear una cuenta o usar GastoScan (el "Servicio") aceptas estos Términos de Servicio y nuestra Política de Privacidad. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el Servicio.
2. Qué es el Servicio
GastoScan te permite registrar, escanear, categorizar y reportar gastos e ingresos, incluyendo la clasificación de gastos según líneas del Schedule C del IRS y la generación de reportes para tu uso o el de tu contador.
3. No es asesoría profesional
El Servicio y sus resultados (categorías, cálculos, reportes, sugerencias de la IA) son de carácter informativo y organizativo. Las reglas de deducibilidad e impuestos del IRS y de cada estado varían según el contribuyente. Tú eres responsable de revisar la exactitud de tus registros y de confirmar tu situación fiscal con un contador o asesor profesional. La clasificación automática por IA puede contener errores y debe ser revisada por ti.
4. Elegibilidad
Debes tener al menos 18 años y capacidad legal para aceptar estos Términos. El Servicio está pensado para uso en Estados Unidos.
5. Tu cuenta
- Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tu contraseña y de la actividad en tu cuenta.
- Debes dar información veraz y mantenerla actualizada.
- Si invitas a otras personas (empleados, contador), eres responsable de los permisos que les otorgas.
6. Uso aceptable
Te comprometes a no usar el Servicio para fines ilícitos, a no intentar vulnerar su seguridad, ni a subir contenido que no tengas derecho a usar. Podemos suspender cuentas que incumplan estos Términos.
7. Tu contenido
Tus datos y recibos son tuyos. Nos otorgas una licencia limitada para almacenarlos y procesarlos con el fin de prestarte el Servicio (incluyendo el procesamiento de IA descrito en la Política de Privacidad). Puedes exportar o solicitar la eliminación de tus datos en cualquier momento.
8. Planes y pagos
El Servicio ofrece un plan gratuito y planes de pago. Los precios pueden ajustarse; te avisaremos de cambios que te afecten. Los cobros de planes de pago se procesan mediante un proveedor externo. Salvo que la ley lo exija o se indique lo contrario, los pagos no son reembolsables.
9. Disponibilidad
Trabajamos para mantener el Servicio disponible, pero puede haber interrupciones, mantenimiento o cambios. El Servicio se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad".
10. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, GastoScan y sus operadores no serán responsables por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes, ni por pérdidas derivadas de decisiones fiscales, multas, o errores en la información que tú ingreses o que la IA clasifique. Nuestra responsabilidad total se limita al monto que hayas pagado por el Servicio en los últimos 12 meses.
11. Indemnización
Aceptas mantener indemne a GastoScan frente a reclamaciones derivadas de tu uso indebido del Servicio o del incumplimiento de estos Términos.
12. Terminación
Puedes cerrar tu cuenta cuando quieras. Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que incumplan estos Términos.
13. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del estado de Wyoming, EE. UU., sin dar efecto a sus normas sobre conflicto de leyes.
14. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. Publicaremos la versión vigente en esta página con su fecha de actualización. El uso continuado del Servicio implica la aceptación de los cambios.

Important: GastoScan is a tool to organize and prepare your expense and income information. It is not tax, accounting, or legal advice, and does not replace an accountant or professional. Always confirm your taxes with a qualified professional.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using GastoScan (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
GastoScan lets you record, scan, categorize, and report expenses and income, including classifying expenses by IRS Schedule C lines and generating reports for your use or your accountant's.
3. Not professional advice
The Service and its outputs (categories, calculations, reports, AI suggestions) are informational and organizational in nature. IRS and state deductibility and tax rules vary by taxpayer. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of your records and confirming your tax situation with an accountant or professional advisor. Automatic AI classification may contain errors and must be reviewed by you.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. The Service is intended for use in the United States.
5. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- If you invite others (employees, accountant), you are responsible for the permissions you grant them.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to breach its security, and not to upload content you have no right to use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Your content
Your data and receipts are yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process them in order to provide the Service (including the AI processing described in the Privacy Policy). You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.
8. Plans and payments
The Service offers a free plan and paid plans. Prices may change; we will notify you of changes that affect you. Paid plan charges are processed by a third-party provider. Except where required by law or stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
9. Availability
We work to keep the Service available, but there may be interruptions, maintenance, or changes. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GastoScan and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for losses arising from tax decisions, penalties, or errors in information you enter or that the AI classifies. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to hold GastoScan harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, USA, without giving effect to its conflict-of-laws rules.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the current version on this page with its update date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
